Frequently Asked Questions

Take The Journey!

Hypnosis is a natural altered state of consciousness where the conscious mind is fully present while communication and responsiveness is established between the conscious mind and subconscious mind. The adjunct of hypnotherapy is becoming increasingly popular as a clinical treatment modality in psychotherapy. Doctors and Hospitals across the nation are staffing hypnotherapists or referring their patients for hypnotherapy. When performed by a clinical hypnotherapist, hypnosis employs focus and concentration to help treat many conditions, including anxiety, insomnia and phobias. Hypnotherapy was approved by the American Medical Association in 1985, recommended by the American Cancer Society, The National Institute of Health, and is used in many healthcare facilities around the world, including the Mayo Clinic.

More About Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural state. In fact, we slip in and out of hypnosis often throughout the day. For example, when we are daydreaming or zoning out when driving a car. All of the states of mind are various degrees of hypnosis.

Hypnotherapy is a process of uncovering the origin of a specific event, the root cause of an issue, and works to resolve those issues. Undesirable behaviors, relationship patterns, and mental attitudes affect one’s life and happiness.

Hypnosis and Life Transformations create change aligned with what you desire. Hypnosis can transform relationship patterns, release fears and anxiety, and reveal the mysteries of a past life. It’s been documented that a present day issue can be resolved through hypnosis. Are you ready to embark on an amazing journey? Then let’s go!

During a hypnotherapy session you are fully conscious and in control and cannot be forced to do anything against your will.

You’re an active participant during your session. So, you are awake. If you fall asleep at the end of a hypnosis session you will naturally wake up the same way you do after a nap.

Hypnotherapy is a gentle process facilitated with care. The average number of hypnotherapy sessions is unique as the individual, and the purpose for the sessions.
